This module combines practical knowledge, skills and actions needed to help homebuyers like you successfully finance, purchase and own factory-built homes. Factory-built housing is home to nearly 18 million Americans. These families enjoy homes that are affordable, modern and energy-efficient. This informational module will help you:

4. Where to secure financing
5. What you need to do to plan for your home installation
6. How to obtain insurance and inspections
